      Lyn Faig was our agent when we bought a new property this past summer. Because of our outstanding previous experience w ith her, it was important to us that she be the listing agent for us as sellers. She is extremely knowledgable in all aspects of buying and selling real estate, to include different county regulations and policies. Our property sold in three days, with a 30-day closing so the sale moved very quickly. Lyn monitored every part of the process from listing the property through settlement and kept us informed every step of the way. She was also available to us any time we called or texted. Lyn Faig is extremely trustworthy and we always knew she had our best interest at the forefront of her actions.       Lyn Faig was terrific and incredibly patient with us. She stayed with us throughout months of searching for the perfect waterfront property. Initially, we didn't know exactly what we wanted, so she helped narrow down geographic areas of focus and types of properties to view. We were very picky, so her patience was most appreciated. Once we found the right property, she expertly guided us through the contract submission process. We only wrote one contract throughout our search process and due to Lyn's guidance, it was selected. She not only helped with the actual real estate functions, she additionally sent us many recommendations for service providers who could assist us at both ends of our move. We were so pleased with Lyn's performance that we intend to have her list our current house for sale. Lyn is outstanding and we would recommend her without reservation!

      Pleasure to work Lyn Faig on our 2nd purchase, 3rd total transaction. Always puts her client’s time and requests abov e her own in order to be as accommodating around customer schedule as possible. Excellent communication and she knows how to sell fast. Lyn also excels at using team resources at Century 21 if she does not know the answer vs trying to answer something she does not know. Very desirable broker trait for such big life decisions!
